Quality Control Details
Juwei Factory has its own quality inspection team. During the equipment production and processing, quality inspection is carried out at every step. For example: metallographic analysis of the blank. Tracking and inspection of each component. Flaw detection inspection of finished welded parts.
The finished product will also be tested. For example: appearance dimensions: ring groove size, outer diameter, diameter size, etc., surface roughness. The pile hammer will be tested at the test station before leaving the factory.
Piston Inspection
Test the piston of the pile hammer, mainly including the outer diameter, height and ring groove size.
Check whether there are any defects on the piston surface and ensure that the dimensions meet the design requirements. Ensure the stability of the pile hammer operation
Roughness Testing
The surface roughness of the upper and lower cylinders of the pile hammer will be tested to reduce wear, ensure sealing and improve durability, thereby reducing the failure rate of the equipment.
Pile Driving Test
Before leaving the factory, Juwei piling equipment needs to be tested. If there is any problem, it can be debugged in time to prevent damage when arriving at the customer’s project site, affecting the project delivery time.
